30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
